You can review and update your customer information directly in the Kvarn X platform. Keeping your details up to date ensures we can serve you securely and efficiently.

How to proceed:

  • Open the Profile menu.

  • Check that your email address, phone number, and residential address are correct.

  • To update any information, go to Support in the Profile menu.

  • In the message, specify which details you want to update (e.g., address or email).

  • If necessary, attach an official document (e.g., a valid ID or official address change confirmation).

Our Customer Support team will verify and update your information.

Note: For security reasons, we do not process updates via email or phone. All changes must be submitted through the Support function in the Profile menu while logged in to your account.
