Kvarn X aims to ensure that using our service is always as smooth and straightforward as possible. Below are instructions for special circumstances that may affect your customer relationship.

Opening an Account for a Minor

According to current legislation, individuals under the age of 18 cannot open a customer account for cryptocurrency investment at Kvarn X. The account cannot be opened even with the consent of a guardian or legal representative.

Estate (Deceased Customer)

Estate-related matters can only be handled by the official estate administrator(s) or by all beneficiaries jointly. We cannot provide any information via email, phone, or other communication channels without verified identification through the platform.

To proceed with estate-related matters:

  1. Register as a Kvarn X user at kvarnx.com.

  2. Submit the required documents via the Support section in the Profile menu once logged in.

  3. Attach the following documents:

    • Certificate of family relations for the deceased and the heirs

    • Power of attorney (if applicable) for those handling the estate

  4. Once the deed of estate inventory is completed, please send the official, signed version via the same message function to our Customer Support.

Please note: Funds from the estate account cannot be distributed before we have received and reviewed the verified deed of estate inventory through our Compliance department.
