If you wish to permanently close your Kvarn X account or temporarily freeze it for security or other reasons, you can easily do so through our customer support.
Closing your account permanently
Log in to your Kvarn X account.
Open the Send Message function from the top-right menu.
Write a message clearly requesting account closure.
Make sure all assets have been withdrawn from your account before submitting the request.
Our customer support will confirm the closure and notify you when your account has been deactivated.
Note: Account closures are final and cannot be reversed. If the situation is temporary, we recommend freezing the account instead.
Temporarily freezing your account
If you suspect unauthorized use, have lost your login credentials, or wish to temporarily block account access:
Log in to your account (if possible).
Open the Send Message function from the top-right menu.
Set the subject to “Account freeze” and briefly describe the situation.
If you are unable to log in, you can contact our support via the help agent on our website. Account access will be blocked immediately, and our team will follow up with you as soon as possible.
