Address Verification (for Withdrawals) and Removal

From the Kvarn X service, you can transfer Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) to an external cryptocurrency address.

To ensure transaction security, all withdrawal addresses must be verified (whitelisted) before they can be used.


Transfer Limits via the Platform

  • Bitcoin (BTC): max. 0.5 BTC per transfer

  • Ethereum (ETH): max. 5 ETH per transfer

If you wish to transfer larger amounts or other cryptocurrencies, please contact Customer Support by submitting a support request in the Profile menu.


How to Verify an External Crypto Address

Mobile app

  1. Open the Transfer tab

  2. Click Withdraw crypto

  3. Click Add withdrawal address

  4. Choose the cryptocurrency

  5. Click I understand after reading the instructions

  6. Choose the network

  7. Enter the wallet address

  8. Enter any required Tag/Memo (e.g. for XRP, XLM)

  9. Click Add address

Web version (e.g. Chrome or Safari)

  1. Open the Transfer tab

  2. Click Crypto

  3. Select Withdraw

  4. Click Add Address

  5. Choose the cryptocurrency (and network, if applicable)

  6. Enter the recipient wallet address

  7. Enter any required Tag/Memo (e.g. for XRP, XLM)

  8. Click Confirm


Verification Process

  • The address status will update to Approved once verification is complete.

  • Verification is carried out on business days within 24 hours.

  • Note: You can verify one address per cryptocurrency at a time.

If you wish to change or remove the address, please submit a new support request to Customer Support in the Profile menu.


⚠️ Important to Check

  • The wallet address operates on the same blockchain network.

  • The address is correct and active.

  • All required identifiers are provided (e.g. Tag/Memo, if applicable).

Transferring cryptocurrency to an incorrect address or wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
