You can transfer Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and a total of around 30 different cryptoassets from the Kvarn X service to an external crypto wallet address.
⚠️ Note:
The majority of the 400+ crypto assets available in the service are for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn externally.
Always check which crypto assets are available for withdrawal in the Withdraw view.

How to Make an External Transfer
Mobile app
Go to the Transfer tab
Select Withdraw crypto
Select the cryptocurrency from the list of verified addresses
Click I understand after reading the instructions
Enter the amount to transfer
Check the following carefully:
The wallet address is correct
The network is correct
Any required Tag/Memo has been added (e.g. for XRP, XLM)
Click Confirm
Web version (e.g. Chrome or Safari)
Go to the Transfer tab
Select Crypto
Click Withdraw
From the menu, choose the crypto asset you want to withdraw
Check the following carefully:
The wallet address is correct
The network is correct
Any required Tag/Memo has been added (e.g. for XRP, XLM)
Enter the amount to transfer
Click Confirm
Fill in the recipient details:
Who will receive the funds? — yourself or a third party
Where are the funds coming from? — e.g. your own wallet or an exchange (Coinmotion, Binance, etc.)
Name of the service or wallet
Confirm the details
Once all the required information has been completed and verified, the transfer will be processed and recorded to your account.
Processing Times
On business days (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays:
Orders received before 15:00 (EET) are processed on the same business day
Orders received after 15:00 (EET) are processed on the next business day
Transfer Fees
A network fee (blockchain fee) is charged for every transfer.
The fee is displayed in the withdrawal window when initiating the transfer.
For ERC-20 tokens:
The network fee is charged in euros.
Ensure that your portfolio contains sufficient euro balance to cover the fee.
