This messaging feature allows you to contact us securely as a logged-in user. In the message field, you can send us:
Requests to update your account information
Messages related to crypto transfers or withdrawals
Any other customer service-related issues
This feature is based on authentication and ensures secure communication.
Customer support will respond within 24 hours on business days.
2. Support Request via Website Chat Agent
You can also send a message through the support agent found at the bottom right corner of the website.
No login is required, but you can include your contact details in the message.
Please note the following:
Do not send sensitive information via this channel (e.g. personal ID number, wallet address, etc.)
We do not process account-specific actions based on messages sent via the website agent
Customer support will never ask for your login credentials or other confidential information via email or chat
All change requests or security-related matters must be handled while logged in to the service.
