Cryptocurrency transfers take place on decentralised blockchain networks and cannot be reversed once the transfer has been confirmed on the network. Unlike traditional bank transfers, blockchain transfers are irreversible.
Check the following before every transfer:
Correct address – carefully copy and paste the address.
Correct network – make sure you are using the correct blockchain network (e.g. the BTC network for Bitcoin, the ETH network for Ethereum).
Tag/Memo – include any required identifying information, such as a Tag or Memo (e.g. XRP, XLM).
