From Kvarn X, you can transfer bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH) and approximately 30 other crypto-assets to an external crypto-asset address. To ensure the security of transfers, all withdrawal addresses are verified (“whitelisted”) before they can be used.
Transfer limits via the platform
Bitcoin (BTC): maximum 0.5 BTC per transfer
Ethereum (ETH): maximum 5 ETH per transfer
If you wish to transfer larger amounts or other crypto-assets, please contact customer support by submitting a support request.
How to verify an external crypto-asset address:
Mobile application
Open the Transfer tab
Select Withdraw crypto
Select Add address
Select the desired crypto-asset
Read the instructions and select I understand once you have read them
Enter the recipient wallet address
Enter any required Tag/Memo (e.g. XRP, XLM)
Click Confirm
Web application (e.g. Chrome or Safari)
Open the Transfer tab
Select Withdraw crypto
Select the crypto-asset you want to transfer from the list
Select Add withdrawal address
Make sure that the correct crypto-asset for withdrawal is selected
Enter the recipient wallet address
Enter any required Tag/Memo (e.g. XRP, XLM)
Click Submit for review
Verification process
The address status will update to Approved once it has been verified.
Verification is completed within 24 hours on business days.
Please note: You can verify one address per crypto-asset at a time.
If you want to change the address, submit a new support request through customer support via the Profile menu (Support → Start a conversation).
⚠️ Important checks
The wallet addresses operate on the same blockchain network
The address is correct and active
All required identifying information has been provided (e.g. Tag/Memo, if required)
Transferring a crypto-asset to the wrong address or network may result in the permanent loss of funds.
