You can transfer bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH) and approximately 30 different crypto-assets in total from Kvarn X to an external crypto-asset address. You can find the supported crypto-assets for transfers here.
⚠️ Please note! Crypto withdrawals are subject to a manual security review before the transfer is executed. During the review, the withdrawal will appear as being processed, and the transfer will not be credited to your external wallet immediately. This is a normal part of the secure withdrawal process. Once the manual review has been completed, the crypto-assets will be sent to the wallet address you provided.
Processing times:
On business days, the review is completed within 24 hours.
Crypto withdrawals made during the weekend are processed on the next banking day
You do not need to take any action during the review. However, always make sure before confirming a withdrawal that the recipient wallet address and selected network are correct.
How to make a crypto withdrawal
Mobile application:
Go to Transfer in the bottom menu
Select Withdraw crypto
Select the crypto-asset you want to transfer from the list of verified addresses (or add a new withdrawal address; a new address will be verified within 24 hours)
Click I understand after you have read the information regarding the transfer
Enter the amount of crypto-assets you want to transfer
Check the following details:
Wallet address
Network (e.g. Ethereum / ERC20)
Any required Tag/Memo has been added (e.g. XRP, XLM)
Click Confirm
Web application:
Go to Transfer in the menu
Select Withdraw crypto
Select the crypto-asset you want to transfer from the list of verified addresses (or add a new withdrawal address; a new address will be verified within 24 hours)
Enter the amount of crypto-assets you want to transfer
Check the following details:
Wallet address
Network (e.g. Ethereum / ERC20)
Any required Tag/Memo has been added (e.g. XRP, XLM)
Click Confirm
Crypto transfer processing times
On business days (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays:
Orders received before 15:00 (EET) are processed on the same business day
Orders received after 15:00 are processed on the next business day
Transfer fees
Each transfer is subject to a blockchain network fee
The fee is displayed in the withdrawal window when making the transfer
ERC20 tokens:
The transfer fee is charged in euros
Make sure that you have sufficient euro funds in your portfolio to cover the fee
