Withdrawing funds from Kvarn X is easy and secure. You can make a withdrawal directly through the service in just a few steps.
How to withdraw funds:
Mobile application
Go to Transfer in the menu
Select Withdraw cash
Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum €10 or the equivalent amount in other currencies)
Check that your bank account number (IBAN) is correct
Confirm the withdrawal
Web application (e.g. Chrome or Safari)
Go to Transfer in the menu
Select Withdraw cash

Things to remember:
The minimum withdrawal amount is €10 (or the equivalent amount in other currencies)
Your withdrawal request will automatically appear under Transactions
You can track the status of your withdrawal and cancel the request before it is processed (status = Processing)
Withdrawals are processed centrally on business days
Payment transactions are not processed on weekends or bank holidays, so withdrawals are not processed on these days
The funds will usually appear in your bank account within 1–3 banking days

If the IBAN you have provided is outdated or incorrect, please update it by contacting our customer support:
